Sinovac must be given same treatment as Pziser and Moderna vacvined

I feel that after taking the sinovac, I am now a second class citizen. The authorities should tell us of the unequal rights before we take the jab and not after us taking the jab. That is clearly the fault of the authorities and we get penalised instead

All approved vaccines should be treated equally

Please do not discriminate those that prefer Sinovac Vaccines.

Relying on efficacy data from a year ago, and loud denials about effectiveness data against variants of concern from Israel, the poster boy of vaccination is akin to burying one's head in the sand.

Must be fair to all language

Sinovac & Sinopharm are WHO-approved & which are vaccines of choice in many Middle-Eastern, Arab-speaking countries & some South American nations. Even the Saudi monarchs and Prince of UAE chose to get vaccinated with Sinopharm. I cannot understand why the Singapore authorities chose to practise discrimination of these Chinese-made vaccines that have higher efficacy % over Pfizer vaccines.

why the expert committee can not tell what data they want If WHO had approved the vaccine they must have all the data n why our expert can not get the data from WHO

May MOH do what is fair and right and heed WHO's latest latest advisory not to practise vaccine discrimination.

More than 1 billion China vaccine have been administered in real life worldwide. Are we still waiting for data from Phase III clinic trial of 30k people?

Why discriminate whether it's China or USA. Both are AUTHORISED for use Internationally by W.H.O. Stop such discrimination vs own citizentry.

I took Sinovac due to allergic reactions to medicine and food. I hope our Singaporean govt will be neutral and objective in allowing this brand of vaccine to be treated equally as other vaccines.

If govt does not believe in sinovac as an effective vaccine, should not rollout under SAR in the first place, causing unnecessary confusion n unhappiness. If citizens are encouraged to be responsible n be vaccinated , why discourage people against sinovac? Shouldn't they be similarly covered under vifap n pre event testings situations.?Same sporeans but different treatments?

I can’t help it but agree this time - when one is vaccinated with the Sinovac = unvaccinated, you still have to go through PET & you can’t meet in bigger group - if this isn’t discrimination, what is?? If the government’s take on the Sinovac is that it’s useless, it should stop its citizens from vaccinating & dispose all the 200k doses. I quote ST, March 14, when our PM said, "We will use vaccines from any source. Vaccines do not carry a nationality. Is it good or is it no good? Does it work? If it does, then we will use it,". To this end, the government is singing a different tune. The common refrain by the ‘experts’ on the Sinovac has been ‘not enough data’ and doubt its effectiveness against the Delta variant while the national vaccines are effective. Comparisons were made from data collected overseas. There is no basis for comparison - the national vaccines are administered in developed nations which has better control on the pandemic vs the Sinovac administered in 3rd world nations where the pandemic is out of control. If it were the other way round, would the results be the same? Like many other Singaporeans, we still want to put our trust in a government, we hope that she will put her ears to the ground and listen to the concerns of her citizens. While we understand that it’s not an easy task for our government in this crisis, we can’t shut our ears other sources of information on vaccines (they are also from medical experts) which thus has been classified as misinformation & not fake news. I do implore our government to give serious thought to this petition & hear the voices of her people.

Is there a different class within our own citizens, between the elite and ordinary laymen......
