Over the last 5 years, NCR has been on a mission to help restaurants ENGAGE with their digital audiences. The Engage Teams have made this possible through providing clients with customized mobile apps, web apps, and technology interfaces. This gives partners access to enterprise level digital experiences. Consumers can now connect with their favorite restaurants through reward programs, gift cards/online stored value, and online ordering.

Unfortunately, after all these years of happy and successful customers, Apple wants to put a stop to this. Soon the app store may no longer allow NCR to submit new personalized mobile apps. They believe that the apps submitted on behalf of their partners are too similar. NCR asks for your support in petitioning Apple to end this motion.

If apple succeeds, it may hurt restaurant owners in their efforts to engage with consumers online. In most cases, our partners don't have the infrastructure or resources needed to build and support fully featured mobile apps. In effect, Apple is putting some businesses at a disadvantage. Help NCR to continue to support restaurants as they navigate this growing digital world.
