COMMISSIONERS - NOT ONLY DID YOU NOT CONSIDER WHERE OUR FLOOD WATERS GO. LIKE FROM IRMA. YOU HAVE ALSO NOT CONSIDERED THE VALUE OF OUR CELERY FIELDS WHEN IT COMES TO HURRICANES!!!!!!!!!!!

Ahhh, commissioners, greed, money, its all there in Sarasota for the taking. Sarasota you were sold long ago, good luck recovering. Class warfare alive and well in Sarasota. Vote carefully people before your piece of paradise is a complete hell.

Supporting as we have since the beginning of fund raising for Sarasota Audubon location and purpose at the Celery Fields. Thankful the Commission has now formalized forever protections o the QUAD!

I used to ride my horses in the "celery fields" back in the 60's, although they grew mostly lettuce then for northern markets. I was aghast when the County said they were going to flood the whole area but seeing what the park has become for wildlife and the public, it needs more greenspace, not more encroachment.
