We, the undersigned, are calling for the immediate replacement of the current CEO of Roblox with John Shedletsky. Our community has grown increasingly frustrated with the direction Roblox has taken under the current leadership, and we believe that a change is necessary to restore the platform to its former glory.

The moderation system has become overly strict and inconsistent, leading to unjust bans and a stifling of creativity. Many users have reported being banned for minor infractions, while serious issues such as harassment and inappropriate content often go unaddressed.

Additionally, the quality of games on the platform has declined significantly. Many popular games are plagued with bugs, poor design, and lack of updates. The focus seems to have shifted from fostering creativity to prioritizing profit.

We are particularly concerned about recent moves by Roblox to introduce dating features and allow games with crude humor and adult content. This shift is inappropriate for a platform that is meant to be safe and welcoming for children and young users.

The current leadership has also implemented numerous monetization strategies that prioritize profit over user experience. This includes excessive microtransactions and pay-to-win mechanics that alienate many players.

A particularly concerning incident involved the banning of a user known as Schlep for "child endangerment." This user was actively working to catch predators on the platform and had successfully sent six individuals to jail. Even the government has publicly thanked Schlep for his actions in protecting children. Instead of being recognized for his efforts, he was punished, raising serious concerns about the current CEO's priorities and whether they might inadvertently support predators.

John Shedletsky, a former Roblox executive, has a deep understanding of the platform and its community. He has a proven track record of fostering creativity and innovation. Under his leadership, we believe Roblox can return to being a safe, fun, and engaging platform for all users.
