I met with the current board today to outline the specific responsibilities I intend to transition into the VP of Communications role. My next step involves drafting a formal proposal that addresses the communication gaps identified in recent feedback sessions.

John is the only guy who actually answers his emails. He knows how to handle the office stuff better than anyone else.
