As I've already spoken with a teacher who is also going to look into this situation - I wish the victim the utmost love and please feel safe returning this Fall.
We stand by you.
Not only is the handling of the case disgusting, the police in charge of it is also questionable.
Simply because he is in uniform, his allegations aren't questioned..shameful.

this is way too similar to my story. many people dissociate / freeze in response to severe danger. but the cops don't realize it.

Someone's innocence isn't something to be pushed aside. Fair trial, not based on assumptions from a judge who clearly can't understand what it's like to be in a situation such as this.

I'm disappointed in how this was handled. I want to feel safe in my last semester and I especially want the victim to have peace of mind.
