As a true and long standing fan of The Hunger Games, I think Joey Graceffa's physical appearance as well as personality and passion for the series makes him the perfect person to play Finnick Odair. People might question his innocent and goofy nature, but I think that he has the acting talent to become the best and most suited Finnick.
