In the matter of Joseph Mosack vs Adult Protective Services: Joe Mosack has dedicated 19 years of his life to raising & providing care for his severely Autistic Child,Ashley Mosack. In the years 2001- 2012 he has been fighting against false allegations(unless there is a bruise that can be explained,in which Mr.Mosack has called Ashley's school in advance). All CPS case have been found unsubstantiated and each case close in a timely manner.(Ashley is 19 years old at this time) However,Adult Protective Services of Macomb Co.MI, have accused Mr Mosack of being unfit as Ashley's guardian,Based on the Following: Mr Mosack Owns a Gun, Mr Mosack has not had Ashley in school(again look at her age, she is of legal age to remain HOME without FEAR of APS or anyone else), That Ashley is not in a workshop or receiving other services,even though Ashleys CMH worker has been TRYING to get a person to come in and help Ashley become more independent.(Mr Mosack felt it was in Ashley best interest to have a CLS worker work with Ashley one on one as he is "used to just taking care of her and felt it was time for a change.") AND FINALLY Mr. Mosacks "Mental health", which is perfectly fine.
