Hello! Please consider signing my petition. I would be a great senator because I have served in a variety of leadership positions on campus and I'm passionate about creating positive change that benefits everyone. This past year I was the Co-Commissioner of Sustainability for Senate. In this role, I've worked closely with the Senate Exec board to achieve our sustainability goals and plan activities to increase our sustainable behavior on campus. Currently, and for the past year, I serve as President of Habitat for Humanity on campus. This is one of my favorite roles because I enjoy directly contributing to bettering our community through assisting the underprivileged. If I were elected to be a senator, I will advocate for the needs of the students on campus and work to better our community.

The feedback from students has been draining but it confirms exactly why I started this effort. I have spent the last few days meeting with various campus groups to keep this conversation alive despite the indifference from the leadership board.
