I Would like to pass a bill allowing upstanding citizens who qualify to carry while in the woodlands. What i would like to propose is the Right to carry "In the woods". To have a sidearm to protect you’re self, while hiking or fishing from bears or other predatory animal that have been making increasing appearances in our area here in NJ.
