 By signing below, each signatory certifies the following: “I know that the purpose of this petition is to support the appointment of JOE ORTEGA to the currently vacant seat on the Board of Commissioners for Emergency Services District #5 of Comal County, Texas. I endorse this candidate because I believe he is qualified in age, moral character, training, knowledge, education and experience to serve competently and effectively on the Board. It is my wish and desire, as an employee, volunteer, resident and/or taxpayer of the District that that Comal County Commissioner’s Court APPOINT Mr. JOE ORTEGA to THE BOARD OF EMERGENCY SERVICES DISTRICT #5 OF COMAL COUNTY TEXAS.
