Joe was a faithful servant of God and never sought the limelight. He worked in quite sharing the Gospel around the globe. In Deans South his prayers and faith gave strength to families fighting for homeowners rights. It would be a small recognition of the impact of his life if a road was named in his honour, but welcome nevertheless.
