On January 30th 2007, we lost our beloved daughter and step-daughter Jody (17) in a car accident. The driver of the car Sam Curson was given a 12 month ban and a £1000.00 fine. In the same week someone who stole some money was given a 21 month prison sentence. Is money and property worth more than a life in this country If you, like us believe not, then please sign below and see if we can help anyone else get the justice we feel our innocent victims deserve. This petition has been started by the family of 17 year old Jody smith who they lost in a car accident.
The family are seeking to raise awareness to the unjust sentances being handed out to the to the accused parties.
