I gave him a LOT of opportunities to prove he doesn't choose head roles simply for the power and freedom they give him, and he has failed to prove to me that he wishes to be a better player at EVERY turn. He's a selfish, useless head.

I would say he's improved lately, but he couldn't get worse than when he started.

Ban him from sec, and head roles, he is clearly unfit to play any of them, as his first instinct is to attack the clown during an op round.
