I logged on to check the comments and I am honestly just floored by how many people are jumping in to say their piece. It is wild to see everyone coming together like this because I really only started this as a way to vent about how much we need her but it has turned into something so much bigger.

JJ, Kaitlyn, Michael Bailey, and Cheryl are all irreplaceable providers. They are the epitome of critical care knowledge and skill in and outside of the ICU. All of them are great colleagues and team leaders during critical situations and are receptive to other professionals questions and input. They are always willing to help RTs and RNs regardless of the situation and in return patient care, satisfaction and outcome is majorly impacted in a positive way.
JJ is the glue to our nightshift. She is the there when we need her for our patients! Has a great bedside manner with the patients and families! She shows pride in working for Norton Healthcare and the doctors she works for! She is very knowledgeable in what she does and acknowledges the knowledge of the employees around her! It would be a great loss to lose JJ at Norton pulmonary!
RN.. Without JJ you wont have as confident nurses as you do. She is the ICU !!
I have worked in the Norton Hospital ICU for 6 year now and JJ is the best provider I have ever had the privilege to work with. I look forward to working with her knowing my patients will receive exceptional care. She is a large factor on why I continue to stay at Norton Hospital ICU.
Jj is an invaluable asset to nights. Losing her would be crippling to both staff and our patients. She always goes above and beyond for any person, patient or not, who needs her. Her hard work deserves fair compensation!
There is no one that could replace JJs work ethic and ability in our hospital. Losing her would be devastating to both our employees and patients
JJ goes above and beyond for her pts.

The pulmonary Nurse practitioner deserve to get a raise. They keep the ICUs together and handle 95% of the emergency situations in the hospital!
