We respectfully petition the court that our custody agreement be amended so that primary custody would be with the father Matthew Johnson, for the reasons stated below. 1. The mother Lisa Mohr has violated the primary agreement between herself, the father (Matthew Johnson), and the grand parents (Eric & Rosemary Johnson) in so far as it was agreed that Joshua would continue his weekly visits with a councilor and he would be kept on his prescribed medications unless changed or modified by his phyciatrist. Almost immediately Joshua was taken off of his prescribed medicine. With in a very short period of time after this occurred Joshua exhibited serious behavior problems at his new school. He was suspended and censored for fighting, cussing, talking back to teachers, his grades fell in most of his classes. This behaviour continued in his home atmosphere as well. 2. The mother brought the child to the fathers residence unannouced and advised that she could not handle him any longer and she wanted the father to take him. 3. There was an incident of domestic violence at the mothers home between the mother and the husband. The husband was taken to jail and the other 3 children were removed from the home by DHS. The only reason Joshua was not removed as well is that she had already dropped him off on his fathers doorstep. 4. It has been reported but not substanciated that the mother has failed a DHS drug test. 5. There have been numerous attempts to contact the mother so that Joshua's cloths could be picked up. These attempts have failed as the mother will not return any calls to her. Joshua has but a few clothes that the father had on hand for his weekend visits. Joshua does not have adequate cloths for his school and this has placed an undue hardship on the father to replace these items. 6. Joshua has advised that he does not want to see or visit his mother at this time. He is very hurt to be cast out in such a manner by his mother.
