You must not know the true story. He never made a threat. I'll repeat it. He did not make a threat. He said an expression in gest and immediately corrected himself. He was not at Southern and had no plans of going to Southern . Don't believe everything you hear in the media.

Also, the police report is very clear in mentioning that Jimmy was never a threat. There is even an acknowledgement from the individual and the Sheriff's department that the comments made were a joke and that there was never a perceived threat.

I don't think that Southern is the real villain here. They followed through procedure. A call was made to them and they had an obligation to go on lockdown.
The real tragedy is when this case hit the prosecutors desk. 3 years + felony? Excessive.
