I have supported the Glasgow Rangers from 1971 to 1998, my father and I went to every home and most of the away games, Jim forrest record as an outstanding player and goal scorer is almost unique!

It was criminal that this goal scoring genuis was forced to leave the club he loved and served so well. It's time to - in some small way - right that wrong. God knows how many more goals and records he would have achieved in the light blue and how many more trophies may have ended up at Ibrox.

Quite a few years ago l wrote to Rangers to honour two great Rangers players Jim Forrest and George McLean who were badly treated. I received no reply? So l hope this matter has been addressed satisfactory for all concerned!
