Recent reports where WDC have been demonstrated as being on the receiving end of gratuities, beggars belief. Which was compounded by the wordy investigative report findings. Now Mr Bollan is under threat of investigation or sanction, why ? For crying out when there is corrupt practice, what about those that took part in it !

I always admired his intolerance of blind dogmatic bureaucracy. A true people hero.
