We the undersigned hereby respectfully request that this government initiate immediate action against the onerous practices of the pub companies to save many small businesses. We also request that all politicians support the recommendations of the Business & Enterprise Select Committee Report 7 into the power of pubcos. The pubcos have failed to self-regulate since the Trade & Industry Select Committee Report 2004 and are failing to follow the recommendations of the BESC report. There have been far too many questions raised in how the pubcos have and continue to operate. It is imperative that there is a full and complete investigation of the pubco model by the Competitions Commission.
