John Galliano must be forgiven. There is no need to boycott or be against him anymore. The Talmud states that in the future, all people will return with complete Teshuva. Teshuva is a Hebrew word meaning repentance or "returning." Members of the fashion world and prominent Jewish leaders including Rabbi Barry Marcus, of London’s Central Synagogue, and Abe Foxman, head of the Anti-Defamation League have already accepted is apology and work. The shoppers, students, business owners and anyone else who are still against Galliano and will not offer him a second chance - are under false pretense Doing every thing in our power to keep him down is causing more damage to Judaism and the jewish population then the mistakes he made that night in Paris. Judiasm is all about forgiving. This is a re case where someone made a mistake and actually has worked on himself, and is asking for forgiveness - isn't that the point of rehabilitation? We as a people must unite. This petition is open to Jews and Non-Jews who believe that people deserve a second chance and can be rehabilitated.
