DEAR FRIENDS AND COMMUNITY MEMBERS! My friend Mark Shamalov and I heard about the recent GAY MARRIAGE in the BUKHARIAN COMMUNITY of QUEENS. We were APPALLED and disturbed by this and after speaking with friends and relatives decided we won't take this sitting down - we will DO something about it!! Understand, if we keep quiet, soon the next fad in our community will be gay marriages, because everyone will think it's OK, one couple did it and there was NO negative reaction. Well, we won't let it happen..... Sign the petition and we will send it to the restaurant owners in Queens as well as the Rabbis who provide hashgacha and LET THEM KNOW... We will NOT ALLOW PUBLIC DISPLAYS of GAY MARRIAGES in our community!! No, this was not a private marriage where the couple just went to get the marriage license in city hall... they did it in a "GLATT" kosher restaurant in the heart of Queens.. Where was the Rabbi who supervises the kashrut??? Where were the protests??? How could we allow PARTYING for such a cause in our wonderful community? People, WAKE UP!!!!!!!!!!!! Don't wait until it's too late and your children are next in line. SAVE OUR COMMUNITY!! SHOW WE DO CARE, and WON'T TOLERATE THIS! Take a minute of your time to sign and PASS ON!
