This needs to stop happening. Schools are shoving too many students in one classroom with one teacher. There is no real learning happening. Unacceptable.

My child is also in Miss O's class. She adores her teacher and has built a good relationship. She is use to her routine and really needs that consistency. To disrupt a child's class six weeks after school has started does not seem like the the county is working for our students. With technology these days we should be able to determine enrollment long before count day or even before school starts.

My granddaughter is one of her students......I don't think it's fair to change her when she's known the kids since school started.

Abby Oliphant is an outstanding teacher. She is highly organized, compassionate, patient, and skilled beyond her years. She deserves to be valued by this district.

I believe the parents should have been brought in on this decision sooner and been given the administration’s rationale. As of now it seems as if the administration is stonewalling by not explaining why these young children are being negatively affected by something that could have had been resolved in a more amiable manner.

I’m tired of this. Teachers are the key.

Please review and change current policies NOW! These policies need to be revised. Please keep Miss Oliphant at Jessie Beck. She is an amazing teacher and the students, staff and family value her! Dont let her be overaged again due to this archaic policy. Desicions like these DO impact more than you know or consider.

Please keep Ms. O as a kindergarten teacher. Our youngest students need the continuity and the smaller class size!

My son was overaged in his 2nd year at Van Gorder. It's hard on the teachers as well as the kiddos.

I find this practice completely unelectable. My child was affected by overages when he was in 4 th grade. It had a negative impact on his entire year.

Cut the pay of the administration and you dont have a teacher shortage... the kids and teachers are the reason administrators has a job!
Let's think more of the students
