I am honestly stunned by how many of you think I am capable of leading our band. It is truly humbling to see so much kindness directed my way when I just hoped for a handful of signatures.

Jessica has been working so hard for this. she knows the music and the drill better than anyone. definitely deserves it!
She keeps everyone on beat and actually cares about the band sounds like a no brainer to me
