I have been spending my afternoons practicing my conducting patterns and thinking about how to best lead our band next season. People have been coming up to me in the hallways to share their own ideas for the program which keeps me motivated to push forward.

Seeing this level of support for my candidacy leaves me truly humbled. Knowing so many of you believe in my vision for the band motivates me to keep pushing forward.
