We the undersigned call on the UK government to:
1.Ensure that a proper investiagation is carried out into child abuse at the former haut de la Garenne children's home in Jersey
2.Ensure that a proper murder investigation is carried out into the discovery of the remains of five children at the former Haut de la Garenne children's home.
3. Appoint judges from outside the States of Jersey to carry out an indepenent inquiry into abuse at the home.
