This disgusting man needs to be fired and prosecuted both! It is known that many dogs he picks do not make it back to the shelter, yet he is still employed by the county. How does that even happen? She needs to sue him, the county, and her landlord because maybe if you hit their wallets they will learn a lesson. And since when is it legal for animal control to go into a home the 1st visit if the animal is not in immediate danger? And he disposed of the body so they cant see the health of the dog to determine if such an entry was validated. And without a warrant at that.
