He needs to go. There is a diffrence between animal control and abuse. He doesn't know the difference.

This has been going on for years with this guy. The things he has done to dogs are now considered felonies. We adopted a dog from here and you could tell that he had been kicked and abused and he hated men. Couldn't prove anything.

Funny how he took that dog out of this house but wouldn't do a thing about a couple of dogs i have called about in the middle of winter being left in the home with no heat. Or do anything about the guys dogs down the road left out in the winter with no shelter and then in the summer lets the roams loose through the trailer park. I refuse to call him anymore will handle it myself best way I can, and I refuse to call him for the cats, that the health dept writes me up for cause we know they arent reaching the shelter at all but he will tell me its animal cruelty if I catch a cat and put it in the shade and wait until he gets here.

Never should someone be allowed to take it into his hands to shoot a dog that isn't harming anyone. This has been such a horrible story. To keep him on means that you are okay with the damage he has done to this dog and its owner, as well as all of the other incidents that have been given in these comments and elsewhere. He is NOT God, and should never be allowed to have this much power.

Watched him almost choke 2 dogs to death trying to get them from my yard. My husband and I had to do his job for him for the sake of the dogs leaving my yard alive. He is scared of big dogs apparently and you can tell he is hateful twards animals so he must go!

He needs removed from his position. Back in the early 90's when he was also with Etna Green fire department/ first responders he responded to a fire at my house. He made a comment about how he should have hit the 2 cats in the house in the head and tell the owners they died from smoke inhalation. I was the owner of the 2 cats and hear him say that. I told him he better not have hurt my cats. He didn't realize who I was though I worked at the animal shelter before then also. He wouldn't bring animals into the shelter when I was there. He'd just say they were "taken care of"

Way overdue, he has been doing things like this forever. I don't know who's pocket he is in, but the county officials and the sheriff's dept in Kosciusko County are just as responsible for ignoring all the complaints about Jerry! Fire him!
