These 16 letters were presented to the county commissioners several years ago and they were never even investigated. I asked the sheriff at that time what the appropriate thing to do and he said that each person that had written a letter should be contacted and interviewed. None of these people were contacted by the commissioners. I know this because I had the letters and talked to the individuals after the commissioners made the decision to shove all of this evidence under the rug, and they had never been contacted by the commissioners. I had taken the time to include each person's name and contact information in their letters. This was not handled in a professional way at all by Kos. County. Jerry Clase has been abusing animals for years and years and nothing is ever done about it.

Hope he gets kicked off. They need some one loving who helps animals instead of beating n being cruel to them. I know he is abusive he was to our dog in the late 80s
