It's time to get a new ACO in this county that does the job correctly. Clase has been abusing animals for years on end. It needs to stop....NOW!

The commissioners office is trying to cover their asses in this case. Regardless if there is “proof” or not - the face that there are multiple complaints against him should have warranted an investigation a decade ago. The fact that the city has swept this under the rug for all these years speaks volumes to their competency to adequately protect our community and their beloved pets.

I made complaints about starving horses over at Wooster several years ago. Clase said the horses weren't suffering even though they died. One horse was down on the ground dying and they were kicking it to get it up.

That dog was being taken care of just fine. The boy it had belonged to was my husbands nephew. Its upset a lot of the family and if one of us had done this we would have been charged with improper disposile of a corpse. So why isn't he??? Plus the landlord had no legal right to allow him to remove anything from that apartment without a warrant. He needs charged as well!

Jerry Clase is another example of corrupt heavy handed abuse in Kosciusko County , he needs to be replaced with someone that loves animals and treats them with respect while doing the animal control work .

Clase is part of the "click" and is being protected by some of the local Deputies and County Commissioners Just listen to your Police scanner, you can hear for yourself.

You don’t take an animal out of a home and decide on your own to euthanize it. This man needs removed from his “position” immediately.

I reported horses starving a few years ago and Jerry told me he had checked them 6 weeks prior and they were fine. I told him alot can change in 6 weeks and he threatened to arrest me and told me to mind my own business. He has a nasty disposition. He picked up a nice young pup around the corner from us and the oup never made it to AWL. We never did know what happened to him
