Animal abuse should not be tolerated from a person who is hired to protect animals. Fire this guy and hire someone who will not abuse the animals

Clase has been doing these atrocious acts for years and has still kept his job... Why? At this point it seems as though he is either related to someone on the KCC or he knows something they don't want the public to know.The KCC owes the taxpayers of this county more than they owe Clase imo.

No person should have the right to seize someones pet and decide if it is fit to live! If he felt the dog was suffering he should have taken it to the shelter and had it examined by a vet. Who is he to decide if the animal is beyond help! He isn't a licensed vet! No where else have I ever heard of an animal control officer who was allowed to freely shot animals. And the fact that he just left the body at the garbage dump just proves how much respect he had for the animal. The woman didn't even get to say good bye to beloved pet. He's a monster!

This is unacceptable. With that many complaints you know that there is more to it than just a couple of disgruntled pet owners. At the very least he should be suspended until a thorough investigation is completed. Please, for the love of companion animals everywhere, don't allow this person to continue his abuse of his power.
