In employment law a "final warning"
stands for a period of time but not just a few months. I know he is not employed by the BBC his company is contracted to the BBC. Surely the contract has a moral standards clause.

If he did this in a real workplace there would be no discussion . Suspension followed by dismissal . how long as I as a licence payer have to put up with this mans racism , xenophobia and now violence ? Man up BBC and do what you should have done months ago .
