Jeff Surgenor made bail on Aug 19/10. Aug 20/10 Troy Lush's Family is burying their son/brother. Jeff Surgenor deserves to spend his life in jail with the consequences of his actions! Why should he be able to live a free life day to day until the investigation is done! I look at Jeff being released as an insult to the Lush Family and to all who were close to him.
