The congestion flowing off EVR, in addition to other main arteries is unbelievable. Not even considering the overcrowding that will happen within our school system, shich they are super crowded now. . NO,NO,NO Please stop this rezoning and pretend it were in your own backyard..

It is evident that we are congested with traffic around school time. It is getting crowded and apartments will make it worst. This area use to be a quiet place but now it is busy.

If our schools are already full, with no expansion in the works so why build apartments in this area. That also will bring down surrounding properties value. No brainer!

With all of the school traffic and the railroad crossing the llast thing we need is more congestion...Please do not put apartments here in this spot!

I have been a resident in this area for a while now. I do not want to share my community with apartments. This will cause a massive decline in property value for the housing in our area. Now if this person can give me 150,000 plus pay for the people houses who wants to move the h away from here so that they can build the aapartments, then I will pack my bags and lewve tommorow. I know that will never happen so, I do not want any apartments in cheshire parc. nor in this surrounding area!

Increased traffic with an apartment complex in this area is a safety concern in an area that is already congested.

Community does not have enough information about number of apartments and type for a decision to be made to change zoning at this point in time.
