
Jeff Farris for NRCC Board of Governors

Jeff Farris was born and raised in Greensboro, NC. He and his wife, Gena, joined North Ridge in 2015, and have lived in the North Ridge neighborhood since 2001.
Both Jeff and Gena, are graduates of NC State. Jeff’s career is in Aerospace, with full P&L responsibility for manufacturing businesses generating $85 million in annual revenues. Maintain leadership responsibility for developing organic and inorganic growth initiatives, including development and deployment of segment strategic plan. Thought partner in five strategic acquisitions specific to the Aerospace market. Awarded two US patents in the field of sealing technologies. Manage global teams based in Asia, Europe, and the US. CEO's and President's Award Winner for Commercial Excellence Leadership.
Jeff and Gena have one daughter, Hayden. Jeff participates in Bible Study Fellowship, Mt. Vernon Church and is a member of Hayes Barton Baptist Church since 1999. He is an active volunteer with Sunshine in the Park, Feed World Hunger, Habitat for Humanity, and Operation Christmas Child.

Jeff is an avid runner, golfer, and bourbon connoisseur.
