Replacing a head pro is always risky and we will need to do that at some point. But Jeb has provided steady leadership is someone that is well respected. I see no reason to force his retirement.

Jeb has exhibited professionalism and given stability to our club for many years and has earned the privilege to retire when it best suits his personal needs. Hopefully that wouldn't be this year unless that is what he would like to do.
