Jean Mila was born and raised in Belle Glade, FL. He has spent part of his college education at Palm Beach Community College, Lake Worth, FL and the other part attending Valencia Community College, Orlando, FL.
Jean Mila has spent his entire adult life working in social services; he has been employed in various state programs; Food Stamp program, Workers Comp program and Re-Employment and Training programs through Workforce Alliance.
The undersigned individuals are true testament to the positive impact Jean Mila has had in their professional lives in one or more of these programs. Jean Mila has severed the community of Belle Glade, FL in a positive way and deserves the very minimum sentence permissible in his criminal court case.

Jean always went above and beyond at the office. Honestly he treated everyone like a human being regardless of the situation.
He is a good man. People make mistakes but he has been there for this town for years. Please dont throw his whole life away.
I know Jean personally and he has a heart for this community. He helped my family get back on our feet when times were tough.
DESERVES A SECOND CHANCE. He done so much for our community.
He always tried to help us navigate the paperwork even when it was a nightmare. He really cared about the people he worked with.

Jean helped me out when I had nowhere else to turn. He was always fair and professional. Hope the judge sees what he has done for us.
