Why not have school year round??
That way maybe we would get a Real break. Our students and teachers/staff need a real summer break.

Start the following week. It is crazy to start before the middle of the month! Let them have summer.

If we didn't have soooo many make up days maybe it wouldn't be as bad. But it's still summer and we have to prepare for school!

School starts too early in the year. And, the internal snow days are ridiculous because they are still out those days even if there aren't any days to make up.

Aug 10th is way to early to start back to school. Let the kids have their summer to enjoy family's and make memories!
