Jcapp has been abusive to all members of ACP since he got his mod position. Now Jcapp has been given the position of 3ic, which allows him almost total authority over the army. Soon Jcapp will be given owner rank, and there will be no end to the abuse. Sign this petition to help remove Jcapp from his position.

It is clear that the ACP leaders refuse to notice this, so we are taking a stand to finish this.
