My daughters enjoy their belly dancing class at the society. That has built up their confidence and their self-esteem. They look forward to their classes and I applaud what Jazziztic is doing. Please reconsider giving the society to carry out their noble cause. Regards

Jazzsitic has been around for the last past 5 years and URA only just realised that they existed? That's a shame. They missed out on all the good events from so many talented young and old Singaporeans and overseas musicians. URA could have learned a thing or two about music, than maybe they will realized how important it is for Jazzsitic to stay at 801 Mountbatten Rd because there is no other place like Jazzsitic in Singapore. Real shame to see this happening in a country like Singapore.

Jazzistic Society is a very important organisation that provides a venue for performance and visual arts and arts-related activities - something that is very crucial in the 'life balance" people who live in Singapore sorely lack. If the goverment is really sincere in promoting the well being of Singaporeans and Singapore residents, they should allow the Jazzistic Society to continue in the good work and arts foundation it has been doing so far. If there are any inconvenience caused to anybody, I'm definite the goverment will be astute enough to iron the kinks out very easily, for the greater good.

Jazzistic embodies the great work of the late Tony Castillo.In due time Singapore will come to know the unique jazz artist he was. URA and NAC should sit down with the organisers to discuss how to suatioan this work and not just remove them from the house at Mountbatten Road. What is currently happening there is a slow transfer of Tony's jazz spirit through performances. The society has to be able to continue.
