Hi, I am the mother of a beautiful little boy named Javontae. He was taken from a loving, and caring family. He was never abused, nor neglected, and always taken care of. He is a happy boy. Knowing the full story, anyone would agree that we got arrested under false accusations and he did not deserve to be taken away. He deserves to be with his loving family. And we deserve to have our charges dropped. I love this little boy with everything I got and cant bare with the fact of him being with strangers. My boyfriend and I met in the foster care system. My little sisters got abused by their foster mom. (my sisters an I were in there a little over a year before our parents got us back, && my boyfriend aged out)
Now they are using the fact we were in foster care and my boyfriends old charges (from when he was like 14) against us.
This Judge we are dealing with does not deserve to be on the bench. He makes everything as hard as possible and is very judgemental. Their goals are to take as many kids as possible, not to help families at all. They are sick people and DO NOT care about the kids at all. Not saying every parent is innocent but there are a lot that are. People like me, and others dealing with similar situations need to be heard because our kids, and us, do not deserve this.
Please sign this petition to help us get our son home.He is 2 years old and cannot speak for himself. Its heartbreaking seeing how excited he gets when he sees us, and how upset he gets when our one hour a week visits are over.

I really never thought so many people would actually click and read about Javontae because honestly the world feels so cold sometimes. It is just overwhelming seeing all these names popping up on my screen while I am sitting here waiting for my phone to ring with news about him. I actually cried today just looking at the count and thinking about how much he deserves to be home where he belongs.

ive known this family for years. ive watched Javontae grow. i know how florida is and i think its wrong for them to rip him away from his family.
I had judge webb when I lost my daughter. the judge before him moved to Pinellas, he was working with me and my charges. when judge webb was switched to my case he made it impossible to say anything on my behalf. I know this family and I know javontae my daughter was born shorlty after him so they grew together. he was very loved. spoiled, and very happy. and he knows who mommy and daddy is and is very shy to new people. I cant imagine how scared he is. and I never thought something like that would ever happen to his mother. we were best friends along time ago and she was always the postive energy. she was perfect I was always jealous. please help this family. they've been threw enough and their still together the system cant break that.

he deserves to be with his family. I always thought that CYS was there to help families but instead all they do is go after the people that are trying and don't bother with the people that actually need their kids taken they like to destroy and rip families apart. its not rite BRING THIS LIL BOY HOME!!
