I cannot believe any of the nonsense that I've heard over the last several years out of the Smyrna School district. I had a child in the district till his tragic deaths in 2008. This does not have anything to do with a bad feeling I've had for the system ever since then. And I'm sure the Democrats will cover this up the best they can like they do everything.

For a Superintendent of a school to disrespect a President... what does that teach our children?? His political opinion should be kept off of social media!! Pat Williams needs to go!!

As a resident, you may not teach or spread this type of divisional speech in any good faith and still believe that we think that you are still a good example. Please resign your funded-by-all-types-of-childrens'-parents' public post immediately. We will find someone of better moral character.

Smyrna has truly changed since Mrs. Wicks and Mr.Lloyd retired! If the community only knew the truth about the issues occurring within the District. Those of us born and raised in Smyrna see and feel the changes...and they’re not for the better!

I’m a man of many words and this has left me speechless. I have never said anything as disgusting as this against people I disagree with. I know many people feel this way about us conservatives and I’m not all for this “cancel culture” so many want however, there is NO PLACE in our taxpayer funded education system for these types of beliefs towards fellow citizens, coworkers, parents and students. . These type of people scream for unity while spreading outright hate.

Well hard to argue that he didn't violate the core values of compassion/respect (shed them like dead skin?), integrity (misleading the board in august), Responsibility (is this really the level of judgement we expect from the superintendent, even if you don't like Trump?) Black Lives do matter 1000 percent, Trump maybe wasn't the answer. But no more promotion of mob violence...especially not to our children and students. Time for new educational leadership! Next...

There has been an ongoing double standard in this country supporting left-wing liberal agendas. If a conservative administrator wrote the things this man wrote the Democrat radicals would be marching and picketing and protesting to have this person fired. And sadly all of the Democrat politicians would support such an action and put pressure on an agency to fire that person. A school administrator should not be posting inflammatory and hate filled messages against the President of the United States. His political beliefs or agendas should not be known by his students or their parents. He needs to come across as a neutral party educator.

He is one of the main reasons that I rushed to move from the area. Smyrna schools are unsafe for both teachers and students. While you are at it, you should look into Steve Gott and Jessica Weller.

I do not believe wirh current leadership, our best is being put forth. As a victim if the Bullying used by Pat Williams, it is clear that his type of leadership is not needed. Political views should NEVER reach students.
