ALL SEX OFFENDERS NEED TO BE ON THE SEX OFFENDER REGISTRY FROM THE FIRST TIME THEY HARM A CHILD. EVERY SEX OFFENDER SHOULD BE REQUIRED BY LAW TO SUBMIT A DNA SAMPLE UPON THERE ARREST OF SEXUAL ASSULT AGAINST A MINOR, THE DNA SAMPLE WILL GO INTO A NATION WIDE DATABASE. THE MOST SEVERE ONES NEED TO BE IN JAIL FOR A LONG TIME THEN ONCE THEY DO GET OUT THEY NEED TO BE ON PROBATION WITH AN ANKLE BRACELET FOR THE REST OF THERE LIFE, WITH CHECK IN EVERY SIX MONTHS AND SURPRISE CHECK UPS ON THEM.SEX OFFENDERS NEED TO RESIDE AT LEAST 2000 FEET FROM ANY SCHOOL,PARK OR ANY PLACE WHERE A CHILD IS.ANY AND ALL SEX OFFENDERS WHO ENTER A NEW STATE ARE REQUIRED TO CHECK IN WITH THE LOCAL LAW ENFORCEMENT FAILURE TO DO SO WILL RESULT IN A MANDTORY JAIL SENTENCE.

    The sex offenders had kidnap and killed the young children and teenagers especially girls should dna sample and have ankle bracelet for rest of there life. We do not want other young generation prevent from criminals killed or kidnap them. How about the victims rights.
