To clear the courts of crooked lawyers and sheriffs that so far cannot be brought to book due to self regulation and make civil law accessible to all and not a tool for corked lawyers and crooks getting together to create court cases and scam the unwary with the massive l eagle fees that must be paid upfront which means that it will cost a lot more to defend yourself from false claims when it costs the crooks nothing to accuse you of not complying with what ever scam they are propagating which usual is some form of blackmail or demanding payments they are not entitled to although you have done nothing wrong and you refuse to pay. they say we have your property i.e. car, boat and that is held as a lever against you. they are at fault but there is nothing you can do if you don't pay you could lose your property ad or massive court fees as the police will say it is a civil matter  and 99 times out of a hundred you will be the losder because in civil law there is no absolute proof of a crime demanded as in criminal law and it is open to the discretion of the sheriff who should win ! there lies a big fault in the system which is open to criminal endeavour
