In 2010, a ROBLOX player named Jamtoast was hacked by someone known as DalaxVanHar, he hacked Jamtoast's PayPal account and bought $50 worth of the site's currency, robux. When Jamtoast enquired ROBLOX about this, he was denied any right to get a refund AND his account staying active, he was told it was the customer policy that his account would have to be deleted to get the refund.
Jamtoast showed that it wasn't really fair, he didn't do it, and he had learnt his lesson to keep passwords safer - He made the point that when he tried to login, it said unauthorized card spending, but any time HE used the card, HE had the authorization to use it, and so we have made this petition to send to info@roblox.com and hopefully get Jamtoast undeleted if we get enough signatures!
