We would love to see a Pop-Up kitchen to supoprt nutrician in children. My Blue Sky Dreaming is that this would develop a series of ongoing cooking clubs where different cultures share their cuisine and value healthy cooking with connection and fun.

toowoomba is a regional super hub. so many communities near toowoomba would also benefit from the year long pop up.

Although I gained much fun and knowledge from the course I did, many people I spoke with missed out and commented that they would have done the course if they knew about the course in time.
