This station is an important cultural and historic icon that should be preserved as such. Please do not let it be turned into a commercial tourist trap. Let them build their own memorial to Lucy and let this station be preserved as a railroad Mecca.

Long before there was Lucy, Hollywood and television, the railroads built our country, including Jamestown. Let us not forget the truly important contributions of the railroads and the countless memories provided by the Jamestown station.

The Erie-Lackwanna Station will never be replaced and as a historical and tourist attraction could bring more money into the area than a National comedy Center. People will come to see the station and bring in money for restaurants, hotels and motels, etc. Save the station.

Public funding means the station is to be enjoyed by the public, not by a private group. Seems to me the funding was acquired under false pretenses!

why not run a sight seeing train from Jamestown to Meadviille and a train. To Salamanca on different days in the summer and fall? The tracks are all in and working.

Since $13M of Federal and State funding was used to restore the Jamestown Gateway Station to it's former glory, it should NOT be used for a private facility. Lucy should go elsewhere and leave the station open to the public.
