I spent all morning trying to navigate the endless robot loops of their support page and honestly my brain feels like mush. It is just so wild that James can be locked out without even a single explanation or a way to talk to a real person about what is going on. We are still digging for an actual human contact at the company but I will keep trying.

Ridiculous. FB customer support is non existant. Bring the account back!
Seriously? Just let him have his stuff back. He didn't do anything wrong.
This is total nonsense. They lock people out for no reason all the time without any way to fix it.
FB really needs to stop disabling accounts randomly. Fix this now.
They did this to my cousin too. Absolutely garbage service.
