This petition has been started in the aim of gaining support against the poor decision made by Assistant Chief Brian Toreno. He has removed this decorated Sergeant from his position which has resulted in a decline in Department moral. We hope that with these signatures we can prove that Staff Sergeant James Brass is an iconic Officer of the Department and would be a true travesty if this demotion was to become permanent.
