Why does the justice system still persist in doing this great injustice to the rest of us who strive to abide by the law? No parole! Start upholding the rights of the law abiding citizens so we won't have to wonder if our lives, or the lives of our loved ones, will be taken by a drunk driver.

this man does not deserve to be free to ruin someone else's life!! It is obvious that he has no intentions on changing. His prior release results prove that!!! Let him suffer behind bars. His victim suffers daily from the pain he has forced him to live with from his irresponsible actions!!!

I have known Tommy Hanback for years and I have seen the suffering he goes thru on a daily basis because of what this James Grissom did to him. This man should not be let out to ruin someone else's life like he has done to Mr Hanback. Mr Grissom has proved over and over he can't control his problem and he needs to stay behind bars so he can't hurt anyone else

This man severely injured a man and ruined his athletic career. He now lives every day in pain. James Grissom deserves no consideration for parole or a life of freedom. He was careless and stupid.

Tommy has been a friend of mine for 25 yrs, he was an outstanding athlete that had his future cut short due to a drunk driver. He now has to look back and wonder what would have or could have been if he had not been ran over by a car operated by a drunk driver. Tommy continues to have terrible pains everyday of his life that he should have never had to experience. So I'm asking you to look at a 39 year old man that has been going through terrible pains for 23 years and see that the drunk driver does not deserve to be out of prison and given another chance to ruin the hopes and dreams of another kid or maybe even their life, thanks steven
